How will I be contacted to participate in research studies?
If you are not already registered with us, please complete the demographic form on our website under the Join our database selection. If you are registered, we will contact you first by email, text, or phone to determine your availability and then eligibility to participate.
Will my participation be held confidential?
Yes, all feedback you provide will be held in the strictest confidence. There will not be any sales effort as a result of your participation or any further contact made to you for additional information without your expressed permission.
How will I be paid for my participation?
You will be mailed a check, generally within 5 business days following the conclusion of your research project.
From the consumer point of view, the best part of qualitative research is that you are paid for your participation. All of your feedback will be held confidential and there will be no attempt to contact you for future input.
